Please RSVP your attendance for lunch as we need a head count, and an e-mail address for all RSVPs, as well as license plate numbers for security and parking.  Please allow at least 20 minutes to get through security and parking.

Pre-registration for the conference is mandatory due to security procedures. Security may disallow unexpected individuals not on their list, who show up on the same day of the conference  without pre-registering.

We accept tax-deductible donations to send youth to the SCI conference to be held in San Jose in August, 2014.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:  The Doubletree by Hilton has a room block for April 4, 2014.   Please call 1 (800) HILTONS and mention the group code C-SCI, in the name of Southern California Sister Cities International.  The nightly room rate is $133.00 single or double plus tax, based on availability three days before and three days after this date.  Valet and overnight parking incur additional charges.  Please note that there is a shortage of rooms with two double beds due to a Model United Nations conference taking place at the same time.  An early departure fee will be charged, should you check out before the day you indicate on your reservation, unless you make the change before or at check-in.
