From July 16 – 18, 2015, a Youth Leadership Summit was held at the Sister Cities International Annual Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sister Cities International Southern California Chapter sponsored the attendance of one youth representative, Amber Rush Kennedy from Culver City, California.
