As President and Secretary of Sister Cities International Southern California Chapter,  Gil Garcia and Marti Correa de Garcia made a presentation on the how the Sister Cites International (SCI) network of over 2,000 sister city relationships in more then 146 countries throughout the world work on the vision and mission of world peace through people-to-people citizen diplomacy and on how Rotary International’s similar mission of service above self and peace through service allows for productive alliances at local and international levels.
