11/4 Quarterly Regional Meeting in Palm Desert

On November 4th, a regional and quarterly meeting of Sister Cities International Southern California Chapter was hosted by the Palm Desert Sister City Foundation at the Palm Desert campus of California State University San Bernardino. Highlights of the event included:
